CliniPaper

From your data to a paper ready to submit.

Describe your study and attach your draft or tables. CliniPaper reviews it like a demanding peer reviewer, writes to your target journal's rules and checks every reference against PubMed.

PDF, Word, CSV or images. Summary tables only — no identifiable patient data.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell it what you need

A topic, a draft, summary tables or reviewer comments. Name your target journal if you have one.

  2. 2

    It works like a co-investigator

Searches PubMed, recomputes your numbers, checks the methods and follows the journal's author guidelines.

  3. 3

    You get paste-ready work

Manuscript text, tables, figure specs and response letters, with every reference marked verified or not.

Every number checked. Every reference verified.

This is what a review looks like. Problems come first, each with the exact fix.

Major issue 1Example with synthetic data

The abstract and Table 2 disagree

The abstract reports 312 of 4,200 deliveries (7.4%) with the composite outcome; Table 2 reports 298 (7.1%). The same count must appear everywhere, and the composite can't be smaller than any of its components in Table 3.

Fix, ready to paste

The composite adverse outcome occurred in [XX] of 4,200 deliveries ([XX]%).

Placeholder until you confirm the count from your dataset.

Questions

Why not just use ChatGPT?

General chatbots invent references and don't check your numbers. CliniPaper verifies every reference against PubMed and Crossref, recomputes your tables, follows your journal's author guidelines and marks anything it couldn't verify.

Is it allowed to use AI for a paper?

Yes, with disclosure. Journals following ICMJE and COPE allow AI assistance when it's disclosed; AI can't be an author, and you stay responsible for the content. CliniPaper drafts the disclosure statement for you.

What about patient data?

Don't upload it — CliniPaper doesn't need it. Work from drafts and summary tables. Your files are never used to train models and you can delete them at any time.

Do I have to write in English?

No. Write in your own language and it replies in kind. The manuscript itself is written in publication-ready English.

What is a credit?

Credits measure the work done. You see the cost before long tasks run. A full paper — literature review, draft, reference check and revisions — takes about 300 credits.
